Delivery Information
Shipping From: Germany (for ready-to-ship items) or Ukraine (for made-to-order pieces).
Delivery Times:
- In-stock corsets: shipped within 3 business days, delivered within a few business days.
- Made-to-order corsets: custom-made to your measurements, production takes about 1 week; shipping takes around 1 week. Total time: 2–3 weeks.
Shipping Costs:
- Costs depend on the chosen carrier and destination country.
Germany — 5,90 €
Europe — 12,90 €
Ukraine — Free shipping - Free shipping for orders over €350.
Estimated Delivery by Region:
- Germany: 1–3 business days
- Other European countries: 3–7 business days
- Outside Europe: 7–20 business days (depending on customs procedures)
Additional Information:
- All shipments include reliable tracking.
- Shipping is not available to Russia and Belarus.
Returns Policy
Non-Returnable Items:
- Discounted items & items made for individual measurements cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- To initiate a return, email us at myuliia@proton.me with the reason for the return and photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.
- A 6% restocking fee, shipping costs, and other associated fees will be deducted from the refund.
