Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at myuliia@proton.me.
In your message, include the reason for the return, and if the item is damaged or defective, attach photos.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

discounted (sale) items,

items made to individual measurements or custom orders,

personalized products,
-
gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the standard return conditions (unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
Please note that the refunded amount will be reduced by:

a 6% restocking fee,

shipping costs,

and any other associated fees.
Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
